Very disappointing experience with Workers Doctors Parramatta. Over multiple appointments, I experienced serious communication issues and poor treatment from staff. I had telehealth appointments where I stayed available during the entire scheduled timeframe but received no calls, only to later be marked as having “missed” the appointments.
