I was represented by another Law firm and was very dissatisfied with the service I was receiving. I was unable to talk with my Lawyer when there were time critical decisions I had to make. I have had the honor of being represented by Matt Paavola for a few unfortunate workers comp cases starting around 1991 and ending in 2009. No one really ever wants to go through trials and lawyers because of an injury at work, but you just never know how bad an injury can turn out. In October, 2009 I celebrated 20 years being Matt Paavola's secretary. Over the years I have seen how dedicated Matt is to his clients (especially his Workers' Comp clients) and how hard he works to get the very best for them. Currently my wife has a malpractice suit against Matt Paavola due to his forgetting to file a transfer to circuit court from the worker's comp commission. He has already admitted his error in his own appeal to the Court of Special Appeals. In addition we are suing him and hs partners for screwing up the associated third party suit. During our association he lied to us about what was going on in this case.
