if your company uses this place for your dot physical i highly recommend going somewhere else and paying for it yourself. this business thinks that your employer owns your medical records since the employer pays for it. you are the patient, you are entitled to ask for copies of your personal medical records. this business will refuse to give you a copy without your company giving them permission. just save yourself the trouble. go somewhere else.
