They came out and repaired a sliding glass door and all the flooring around the door and 11 months later the floor is worse than it was before they “fixed it”. Also after calling them about it, the lady said we don’t give a warranty for our work. Great business, yeah right.
1 Star is too much. Place is an absolute disaster from their parking lot all the way to their management and customer service. Overall experience was horrific, I do not recommend ANYONE to use these people. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. DO MOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
1 star is too much! Clearly these people don't want business nor do they care. We have been calling for 3 months and only gotten, we will get there when we can, we lost ur ticket for the quote, the guy is out of town, finally they came look at it said it will be about a week for the quote to come back it's been almost 3 weeks and yet again it's "the guy isn't around call back in another week" What part of THIS IS A INSURANCE CLAIM AND WE NEEDED IT 3 MONTHS AGO AND OUR HOUSE IS BEING DESTROYED EVERYTIME IT RAINS IS NOT UNDERS... read more
