In my years of going there I have always found everyone to be friendly and willing to listen. I am very happy with my doctor there and the staff.
Attempting to schedule my appointment and the lady on the phone was absolutely rude . While I was attempting to confirm the information she pretty much hung up on me . Unprofessional and uncalled for
While the doctors and nurses are great, the receptionist (or whoever answered my phone call) was so rude and sassy. So unprofessional.
I feel the staff is very kind and makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. My doctor and nurse are the best and take a true concern in me.
