Workshop is not what it used to be. Go elsewhere for a new build home. Like the other reviews stated, they are cutting corners, materials seem super cheap, and there is absolutely zero attention to detail. We were so excited to move in but we’ve have had countless issues since.
Unreliable communication. Cutting major corners with materials, finishes, and quality control. Subcontractors being paid $200/day. This operation doesn't scale well, and we haven't even moved in yet.
They're DEFINITELY NOT doing their best work right now. Beware.
I’ve always loved Workshop’s aesthetic, but the people behind the company are even better. You can tell that they genuinely care about their craft, and that they want to make a positive mark on Colorado. Highly recommend!
