Derek and the team at work and play Moncton made my trailer buying experience very enjoyable. I had specific details I wanted when ordering my new 8.5x16 ideal cargo trailer and Derek made sure they were all met as well as suggested a couple other options that were a good fit for me. They were never pushy on sales, and very competitive on price, even when I added options after OK’ing the purchase. I would recommend work and play as a fair and friendly trailer supplier.
I have been looking for a trailer for a couple of years, I finally decided to buy one this summer and began to search, I had messaged 5 other trailer providers who had listings on line and never heard back from any of them. From the first call to Derek I felt they had the knowledge to help me purchase our trailer. They answered all my questions and concerns and helped me pick the options I needed. The day we picked it up they explained all the options and how they worked and all the paperwork needed to license the trailer. Very professional. Well done.
Ok guys I have to say Work & Play out did my expectations today. Top shelf service, knowledgeable salesmen, great prices, and wild inventory to choose from. Right off the hop my salesmen Jeff answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation. 10 out of 10 experience, give them a try guys, you won't be disappointed.
Prompt and friendly service. Jim made everything super easy and was very thorough. Definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a trailer, they’re well built and great warranty.
