I took our pontoon boat there Wednesday October 8 2025 to get it winterized oils changed etc. and shrink wrapped and stored I requested to have the batteries removed so I could take them home as we were leaving Friday to come home near London I spoke with Steve at the service desk to my amazement he had it all serviced and the batteries out by Thursday afternoon and when I arrived to pick them up he carried them to my truck great job and thanks Steve see you in the spring
Super friendly, great selection, of tackle and guns. However their service dept for outboards is awful. Paid $600 to get an outboard fixed, was worse if anything.
Hey, five stars for Clay! Two stars for the company. Average, four thanks to Clay, our sales rep. Ok, two stars for having to pay 25$ admin fee to put a 500$ deposit to hold a boat for a couple days to travel and see it. We arrived early morning, sale weekend, and were received warmly. In discussion with Clay, and rather unfortunately, the boat did not meet our requirements. It was close.
