I joined Work It Fitness Boutique in JAN 2023 when I was 6 months postpartum from my first baby due to postpartum depression. I needed the accountability. Absolutely love it here! Work It Fitness has completely changed the way I feel about working out. The atmosphere is always positive, welcoming, and empowering. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly care about your progress. Kat is an angel. Every class pushes you just the right amount and makes you feel stronger each time. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Work It Fitness Boutique gym for one year now, and it’s honestly been the best experience. The coaches are knowledgeable and ready to assist all group fitness members. All of the classes are fun and challenging in the best way, and always have the best energy. I’ve gotten stronger and I would highly recommend if you want a good workout and good people around you.
