Friendly – I was nervous to meet with a personal trainer for the first time, I was so out of shape it was embarrassing! Luckily for me, elite was awesome. the trainers are so friendly and down to earth, they really helped me achieve my fitness goals! Warm, friendly, inviting gym! – Finally a gym that I don't mind going to!! I am a "chubby" gal and let's just say, going to the gym is not my forte however WORK is so inviting every time, I enjoy going! I have been training there for 7 months, 2-3 times a week and have not missed a session yet. The staff is extremely friendly, the facility is always clean, all machines work and are never "out of order" and the showers are amazing! To all trainers, WORK is the finest training studio in NYC – I've been a trainer for 25 years and I have yet to come across a private training facility as innovative as WORK: Elite Personal Training. I've worked at many corporate fitness locations, since taking my personal training business to WORK, I have doubled my salary and do not have to be a slave to corporate idiots. Its just a great independent training facility in a convenient New York City location.

Best Gym in the City. Hands Down!! – This place totally ROCKS! The music, atmosphere, all the equipment are pluses. But the best thing about WORK is the people. It feels like a kindof exclusive club that you want to be a part of. It's the best place in the city for boxing training. Especially beginners. Alberto is the man to ask for if you are looking for the real thing. He's super patient and a great teacher.
