I was excited to visit since I hear about it often, but it felt overhyped. The venue is small and cramped, even on a Wednesday night. The bar has a solid selection of mid-range to high-end liquor. We ordered a variety of family-style dishes for our group of five; they were good but not extraordinary. The fairy lights were nice, but I’m not eager to return.
We had a fantastic evening at Work & Class in Denver. From the food and atmosphere to the service, this is the type of restaurant that manages to feel casual and fun while still delivering a seriously impressive dining experience. The picanha WAS our favorite item on the menu, but it was taken off and replaced by the most chewy carne asada of my life :/ The lamb is excellent though. As are the plantains.
Great food especially if you enjoy meat
We had the absolute best time at Work and Class. My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, the food was amazing, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be going back!
