Q and team were first rate. Everyone was polite and considerate. They did a wonderful job with the tile, kept on schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. What I most valued was attention to detail and the extra little steps they took that we didn’t talk about - they just did them. One example was the new outlet covers they bought for me to freshen the backsplash up. At the end they were very receptive to my “inspection;” they wanted to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and made a couple of changes to that end.
