Love the selection and pricing of work gear
Very helpful staff looove my new boots
One star might be a little excessive, but I came to the store to get a pair of boots and was helped very well. I found a pair I liked right away. The staff was very helpful; however, the pair of boots I got had a defect, so I took them back the next day. They gave me my money back but didn't have a second pair of size 12s of the same shoe. So, I tried on a couple of pairs and settled on a pair that I didn't want but was similar and was told that I could use them until the boots I wanted arrived. Bought 350 pair of boots that tore up after a while. When I showed the store they told me the tearing was unusual and and ordered a new pair under warranty. When I came back to pick up my boots they refused my warranty saying it was expired. I could have walked away with similar boots when I came in first but decided to wait for a exact replacement.
