Bought 350 pair of boots that tore up after a while. When I showed the store they told me the tearing was unusual and and ordered a new pair under warranty. When I came back to pick up my boots they refused my warranty saying it was expired. I could have walked away with similar boots when I came in first but decided to wait for a exact replacement.
What a difference a week makes in customer service. I purchased a pair of boots and was helped by a lady with a accent she was awesome very friendly and did everything she could to find me a pair of boots that would fit. Unfortunately the boot had a defect after trying them inside the house and I went to return them today. The guy I dealt with today had a beard was condescending, super rude and made me feel like I was a bother to him asking to try differen pairs of boots on. Excellent service here and it’s the goto for work boots for me. They have some of the best return policy on some of their boots like Timberland with their 30 day comfort guarantee in store if you wear them and dont like them. I don’t think anyone else does this as you usually have to go through timberland to get that and pay shipping, this store does it in store for you. They have the best selection for boots as well
