My organization has used WordHerd services for two major migration projects, one for an external enterprise website, and another for an Intranet Portal with SSO. Both projects were completed and launched successfully with outstanding support every step of the way. We continue to use WH support services for general maintenance and development needs, and I highly recommend engaging with them for any small or large-scale migration projects to WordPress.

Our experience with Wordherd was disappointing due to several missed milestones and poor communication. The agreed-upon schedule was not followed, and while we understand that delays can happen, we expected clear communication, which we did not receive. Despite our weekly follow-ups, we were not informed of delays until the last minute. It was us who were constantly pushing for updates, despite having paid for the service upfront. They contractually agreed to no downtime on our website. We had downtime. Slow to respond. We as the client had to do a lot of troubleshooting and investigating just to get it across the finish line with minimally informative answers from Justin, that left us with no solution. At one point we were told GoDaddy is low quality web hosting. Email servers inter-company deactivated for a week and was no help in getting them restored, we had to look it up and do it on our own.
