I can’t say enough good things about Worden Physique and Coach Toni! The individual nutrition programs have helped me so much, and I like the ability to pick and choose a fitness program based on the seasons of my way. The group classes are small so you really get personal attention. Worden Physique has been a game changer for me. I love the classes and the trainers are great! They’re supportive, welcoming and always willing and ready to answer questions/suggest exercise modifications when needed. I’m so glad I joined this gym and would recommend it to any of my friends and family.
