Absolutely useless, rang up bang on 8am and was in a queue of over 30(to be expected and isn’t my main issue) I was next in line after being on hold for 30 minutes, soon as it started ringing the call was hung up(not by me) I then had to ring back which put me to the very back again and this time selected to receive a callback when it was my turn, around an hour and a half later I received a call which rang for approximately 2 seconds then was hung up, was left a 2 second voicemail telling me to ring back if I still needed t... read more

Im unsure if there has been a policy change or a recent change of reception staff, I cannot begin to list the catalogue off problems that have occurred over the last 12 months having had no problem whatsoever for the previous 50 years. It ranges from in correct prescriptions to appointments not saved by the receptionist, an absolute sham. I will be looking to change surgery as soon as possible.

Been with Worden Medical Centre since moving to the area in 2022 and they have done of the same problems as other places, like the 8am rush to get an appointment but ultimately if you really need to be seen then they have always made it happen (for me). I am perfectly happy to have a phone call from someone and save the time going into the practice and they're happy to do this. I genuinely think it's the best GP surgery in Leyland.

Poor customer service Been at this doctor’s forever however the customer service when you phone up is poor. There is no need to be so rude - I don’t use the doctors unless I really need to so when I’m unsure of the process of how to book an appointment it would be nice to be spoken to with a bit of respect, if you don’t enjoy your job then maybe it isn’t for you. I cannot rate this practice highly enough, from the receptionists, who have the hardest jobs, dealing with abusive patients, going above and beyond to help, especially Lisa who has helped me and my family throughout our most recent journey. If you truly need an appointment, you will be offered one. The reception staff are the best. Drs and nurses are truly amazing, when you need them, you can trust them to give the best. Please trust this practice, they are the best.
