If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. We have been asked continuously to increase our payments, yet two years into the program there were still debts that had not been satisfied. We then tried to pay them off so we could buy a house. We sent them $40k which was way more than needed to satisfy our debt and refund us money. We were told it would it would take no more than 2 weeks. After 2 years I requested this be cancelled. My agreement was met and I do not want to extend this agreement. I was told I could not cancel the extension of an agreement I did not make. They now have it set up to begin taking money from my bank in April. Today, 01/05/2025 I again told them to cancel this in an email. If I have to close my account down to stop this company from stealing from me, I will.
