Very professional and efficient. They respect the trees they are trimming and only remove what is necessary. We are extremely satisfied with the quality and quantity of work done.
Had an appointment set for 10:30, to assess the area and get an estimate. Got a call at 9:40, saying the person doing the assessment was 10 minutes out. While I appreciate punctuality--certainly better than the alternative!--we were renovating before moving in. So I told him I could be there in 20 minutes. He'd be waiting for 10, but he would still be 30 minutes earlier than originally scheduled. I get there, he's not there. 10:30 comes around, he's not there. 11:02 comes around, I call him.
