Good customer service. Easy to order products online. Got my assistive hearing technology covered on NDIS. Only downside of this was I ordered for next day delivery but didn't get them for a few days after purchase was approved by my plan manager. Overall, great and would recommend to anyone.

I bought the Bellman Audio MaxiPro with Earphones and Bellman Headphones with integrated microphone for MaxiPro for my mum (she already has the most expensive and discrete hearing aids money can buy (which she will not wear) and she is over the moon delighted with this combo. It gives her great hearing and somehow not the stigma of wearing constant hearing aids. It doesn't figure; but it has increased her quality of life and she feel very much in control.
