TERRIBLE customer service. It took me weeks to get a return phone call from these people. When I finally did, they couldn't meet with me while I was in town to finalize my destination wedding plans. I attempted again a few more times to get in touch with them to set up a different appointment, with no results at all. No return call and attempts via email proved futile.
