Highly recommend this business. Casey went out of his way to help me get last-minute parts for my boat trailer when I was in a tough spot. He put in extra effort to make sure I had everything I needed and provided excellent customer service the whole time. It’s hard to find that level of dedication anymore. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to others.

I bought a trailer from Word boat trailers initially because they offered the 3 axle trailer I needed at the best price. The transaction went super smooth with Casey being on top of every aspect. From the delivery and licensing to walking me thru the setup. I didn’t use it for several months after purchase. When I loaded the boat I had a question.
