I bought a used boat and trailer. A previous owner had disabled the brake system. I contacted Casey about what needed to be done to the boat trailer I was buying. He gave me an estimate and worked with me while I had the boat delivered and then the empty trailer dropped off with him. He safety checked the trailer and recommended some additional items be taken care of. All in all he and Word Boat trailers were great to work with. Bought a venture VATB 10625 sight unseen from up in Alaska. Casey went out of his way and above and beyond and met me and my boat and old trailer at the ferry in Bellingham when it arrived. He helped splash the boat and switch trailers and make sure everything was totally set up properly. Very thorough and very professional. I can’t recommend these guys enough! Oh, and they even handled disposal of my old rusted out trailer the boat came in on. Total pro! Thanks again
Had a small issue with a loose wheel ..called them up ,explained what's going on . They were at my house within 1/2 hr assessing the issue . Best service I've ever had . Great guys ,very informative . I highly recommend word trailers ..
