I purchased a hearing aid with a 2 year warranty. The speaker phone piece broke after a few months. We brought it in to them, they fixed it right there. Now it works perfectly. However, they charged me $112. When I called, they said, it was for an office call. After a while, they said no it wasn't but they weren't authorized to give a refund. Call xx number.
