It new A and E it's a lot better than the old one. But not very good parking places at any time. I think people park there go on the bus into town .because I have been by there and same car are aways there all the time
☆☆☆☆ I don’t mind waiting – I completely understand how busy A&E departments are. But what I do expect is basic compassion and care from the nursing staff. Unfortunately, my experience at Worcestershire Royal Hospital A&E was the opposite. The attitude felt cold, frosty, and hard-faced – it’s not what anyone needs when they’re already in distress. A little empathy goes a long way, and sadly that was missing here. Disappointing

Usless! We turned up at 8 in the morning and waited almost six hours for x ray to be sent to Worcester hospital. It wasn’t being chased up and we were just told all we can do is wait. Disgusting!!!
