I don’t know what we would have done without Palliative Personal Care/Worcester Home Care and its incredible staff. They took wonderful care of my mother and removed the uncertainty from a stressful situation. Rhonda, particularly, has a special place in my heart. I waited until we needed help and Rick was able to set things up and support us within 48 hours. Worcester Home Care not only provided my Mom the physical and medical support she needed while living in an assisted living residence, but they cared for her in a way that gave her the respect, independendence, and dignity she deserved. We were more than impressed with Rick Stein and his staff. they put us at ease right from our first encouter...they gave us the reassurance that they would and could care for our mother. It was nice to be able to go to bed at night and not worry (sort of ) . The staff were very conscientious, caring and very professional .
