I cant put into words how Amazing Rick's team is !! They made our time with mom so much easier and helped with transitioning to different levels of needs. Rhonda,Melinda,Delena,Blanca,and Vanity are top notch!! I don’t know what we would have done without Palliative Personal Care/Worcester Home Care and its incredible staff. They took wonderful care of my mother and removed the uncertainty from a stressful situation. Rhonda, particularly, has a special place in my heart. I waited until we needed help and Rick was able to set things up and support us within 48 hours. Worcester Home Care not only provided my Mom the physical and medical support she needed while living in an assisted living residence, but they cared for her in a way that gave her the respect, independendence, and dignity she deserved. The professionals at WHC built rapport with my mother and also with our family. Our visits could focus on quality time together knowing that her needs were being met at all times by the WHC aides.
