I had a blocked ear for a week and was really worried it might be something serious because my hearing was very muffled. I booked an appointment at Worcester Hearing Centre, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. The microsuction was new to me, but it turned out to be painless, quick, and even a bit satisfying! After the microsuction and water irrigation I started hearing crystal clear again right away. After reading the reviews for Worcester hearing centre I decided to make an appointment. I can confirm that Adam and his staff are excellent, everything was explained to me and put me at ease straight away, they are so friendly and helpful, you don’t need to look anywhere else just make an appointment with Adam, you won’t be disappointed.
Absolutely excellent service. Couldn’t recommend enough. I had Laura and she was kind, informative and extremely helpful. Will definitely go again :)
Adam always demonstrates excellent and meticulous care as well as being friendly, patient and flexible. The reception staff are very welcoming and I can’t recommend Worcester Hearing Centre highly enough!
