I am seeing quite a few reviews on here for the wrong company which is giving Worcester Investments a less then favorable rating. I'd urge you to review these postings prior to passing judgement. MY dealings with Worcester Investments have been nothing but positive. They are an amazing company that has diverse portfolio of investments throughout Kansas City and the surrounding areas.
This is clearly one of the most ineffectively run organizations I’ve ever seen. There is a revolving door of staff, no understanding of how to inact change and when they are confronted with issues regarding their properties, instead of taking responsibility, they blame others, including their own people who have left. Working in organizational development myself, I can tell you this is one of the most poorly run companies I have ever witnessed.
Worcester investments does not properly maintain their properties. One in particular is Antioch Woods. that is where the firre broke out last year in Overland Park. I have Electrical outlet for my stove just lying on the floor my stove door keeps comming off and it is older than the hills. The rubber seals are gone off it and it is balanced on a piece of wood because the subfloor is missing under the stove. I would not recomend moving here.
Awful management. No accountability for employees actions. No oversight of office staff! Steer clear at all costs! P.M. me for details!!! (Since my last review was removed, I can back all my claims with police reports!)
