Doug is the best electrician since the invention of electricity. First, he returned my call in less than 15 minutes. Secondly, he took the time to troubleshoot the problem over the phone which actually solved everything. In a day and age where we all get frustrated by calling someone for help and get nothing but automated responses or if we're lucky we get a person, but that person considers us as nothing more than a number on a piece of paper, Doug keeps alive the spirit of good, old-fashioned customer service. Such a kind person. Even though he couldn’t help me in the moment he took the time to walk me through solving my problem without even meeting me in person. Such a kind hearted person. Highly recommend him for all your electrical needs.

I called on a Sunday worried because my tenant had partial electricity in the unit. Doug asked the right questions, offered his advice and suggested I wait till Monday to avoid charging me more money. I waited till Monday and he was prompt, finished the job at a moderate time and charged me a very modest amount. Thanks to Doug I was able to sleep soundly and most importantly my tenants were happy. I will definitely be using Doug’s services again if I happen to need him.
