I was told I couldn't get a loan because, and I quote, "You don't have a husband." I helped her out by saying, "Are you telling me that because I dont have a husband, I cant get this loan?" She said, yes. I tried one more time and asked again in a different way. Same answer. I knew what she was saying. Yes, I was disappointed that I didn't get the loan. But I was more upset that I "needed a husband" to get a loan. Shame on your staff.
Worcester Credit Union is so helpful. The tellers there remember my name and help me through understanding every transactions. My favorite branch is on Skyline Drive. I enjoy every time I go through a transaction. Very professional, I would recommend.
