Amazing service from start to finish. Design appointment was so helpful and not at all pushy. We were kept up to date throughout the ordering process and the fitting was excelling. Rhys & Daryl gave great solutions to any issues that arose and cleaned up everyday and we're really pleased with the end result.

Really pleased with the end result and really impressed with the Hinton King team (Brett, Harvey, Taylor, Harry - apologies if I’ve missed anyone). They communicated well keeping us informed as to what was happening when and kept everything tidy. Our 1 to 1 appointment at Worcester Bathrooms was v helpful. There were a few issues with incorrect order/late/damaged items during the work but these were all managed well and the end result was great. I’d recommend.
A mixed bag really. On initial enquiry their help and expertise when choosing the different elements of our new bathroom were very welcome. However the fitting of bathroom left a lot to be desired. The toilet was fitted at an angle, but then remedied after we pointed it out. However it should never have been left like that. The work top pieces when fitted were two different colours which then took ages to get sorted.
