P I honestly believe these people do not care. If you give them zero Stars. They pick up the phone and then they immediately hang up on you?! Seriously! Unbelievable....our tax dollars hard at work here..
Super not nice
Nobody likes to pay takes, but this office is definitely a resource to the City of Worcester. The Assessor himself will sit down with you and explain why things are the way they are in a very fair manner.
Awful rude and not helpful! Especially Maggie Valley. Yikes!
Very rude people answering phone. Linda and Maggie need some customer service skills!
