Best salon in the city
Owner is super friendly and knowledgeable, helped my fiance find what she needed and helped find the best products for what she was looking for. Its great to see an owner passionate about what they do. Tons of different options for any hair care needs.
The lady Mrs. Woozie herself helped me today (on HER birthday) find not one, but two beautiful wigs for (MY birthday) tomorrow. I called ahead of time with a few simple questions because this was my first time at any local Fall River wig shop. I have a lot of experience but any questions I did have for the owner were answered easily, kindly and without any codescencion. Could not have been happier with my experience today!!! Bad customer service, when a customer makes an appointment and your not there,very bad....it was for my daughter,I dont lie,u just have bad customer service and got called out....
