We’ve seen bugs in this restaurant multiple times before over the years. It’s very close to my work so I have still come back. Unfortunately, we saw several different types of bugs again today on the food. When we informed the staff so they could be aware, a woman approached and said, did we catch the bugs? We told her no, we don’t catch bugs when dining out. She told us, if we keep seeing bugs then why do we come back? Great food, amazing sushi.
Came here for my birthday expecting a traditional hibachi experience. One thing to note is that the hibachi is not cooked in front of you, which was surprising and not clearly communicated beforehand. That said, the food itself was excellent. The quality was high, everything was flavorful, and the portions were solid. The main disconnect was just the expectation vs. experience.
