Not sure what the reception is for as you can't make appointments face to face or over the phone. Seems everything is Amina only. This system is new as they change website every other month anyway. Don't know how people without internet or computer literacy can access healthcare. I imagine they aren't able to at all.
I don't have any problem with the care that you receive. But the Anima App is not very useful at all... every time I try it tells me that capacity is full and to try tomorrow and it's very difficult to find non GP appointments ie: I cannot locate the physiotherapist anywhere. What a waste of time.
