I took mine and my fiancee's wedding bands in to be engraved. I told them exactly what I wanted, and what was supposed to be engraved on each band (my name inside his band, and his name inside my band). When I went to pick them up, they were wrong. They had flipped the names, so my name was inside of my band (who would do that????) Todd was very nice and offered to fix / re-do them.
