Wow, I delivered my truck to Wootens for a diagnosis. Had to call a few days later just inquiring, the lady that answered said “If you haven’t heard from us it’s not ready”! I understood that and did not want to be a pesky customer. Two weeks went by and I called again. I was told that they were reviewing it now. Mr Wooten posted for a vehicle he was parting out gave me a price on a part i needed and I agreed to pay for it. Then over a entire week gave me a string of lies and just kept leading me on that he wasn’t at the shop, short staffed, or then vehicle has moved, or call me back at this time and you can get it. When I specifically told him i can pull the part myself. So overall this guys communication straight sucks and i feel like he was purposely wasting my time for no reason.

Denied my vehicle service after the owner recommended I go there for an alignment and front struts. No reason given just wouldn’t do it.
