I would NEVER recommend this Dr to anyone! My husband was admitted to Aultman Orrville for a Kidney stone that was over 1cm in size completely blocking his right kidney. He needed a lithotripsy done, but they didn’t not have the equipment at that hospital. Instead of transporting him to a hospital that this could be performed at the surgeon put a stent in and said he’d call the next day to set up the correct surgery (after calling my husband the incorrect name). 3 days go by and it took our health insurance advocate getting ... read more
Dr. Proano is very friendly and professional, he is very much appreciated for his services!
My physician recommended I visit. An initial payment was due before "examination." Dr.Proano saw me, skimmed me over like an uninformative piece of paper, and informed that there was nothing wrong with me... and that some people are just overly sensitive. At least he got my money first. I've since visited Aultman Urology and experienced more care, examination, and concern from a Nurse Practitioner than I did from Dr.Proano.
