They automatically took out for a month payment, then I let them know I was moving out of the storage unit on the 7th but you don't get anything back . I paid $101.00 and they refused to give me anything.
Ours and several units were broken into in November, the company put one of their locks on the unit since we were out of town. Since returning, we can not get anyone to return our phone calls so we can get access to evaluate the damage and losses. ZERO customer service, do not rent from this place. UPDATE: It seems that right after the break ins, the facility was sold off. The new management company has much better customer service. I'm not sure if security has improved or updated, will check the next time I'm there.

I had a great experience with getting a storage unit. The agent who helped me was very helpful in explaining all my options, and all the steps needed to take to get set up with a storage unit.
