Paid almost $70 for not even a month of storage got it on the 8th and left today and no refund available. Hell I only had 1 box in there for 3 nights didn't think I'd find a place so fast. Such a rip off
Got my unit in November 2024. Everything went great at first. In December I couldn't make a payment, or contact anyone. The business had changed hands. It's been a total nightmare since. They never answer the phone or call you back until way later. We've been locked out twice and actually locked inside once because the codes don't work. When we got locked in we had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to let us out. I would highly not recommend this place. The owners are not local. Go with a locally owed storage unit.
