Got my unit in November 2024. Everything went great at first. In December I couldn't make a payment, or contact anyone. The business had changed hands. It's been a total nightmare since. They never answer the phone or call you back until way later. We've been locked out twice and actually locked inside once because the codes don't work. When we got locked in we had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to let us out. I would highly not recommend this place. The owners are not local. Go with a locally owed storage unit.
Was in my unit harassed by woman accused me of living in it invaded my space
Just moved my things out after 17 months.Prices have went up twice in under a year!! Then the $20 fee if the bill isn't paid by the 3rd is ridiculous . Not sure what happened but be prepared to pay top dollar to store there.
