I have been going here since they first came to Wooster. They are all so kind and respectful from BJ at the front desk when you come in to all the staff that takes your information and enters it in for the dr. Beth Canfield the Clinical Nurse Specialist has a happy spirit that just puts you at ease while she is doing a thorough examination. Dr Zachary is quite qualified n easy to work with. He is very caring I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is having severe back pain!!!
Dr. Zachery is really kind and helpful, but oh my. Please do not schedule an appointment with the nurse practitioner. Her bedside manner is absolutely awful - and she made me feel like I'm an addict. I have never been addicted to any kind of drugs in my life. I am dealing with postherpetic nerve pain, and the pain has been excruciating.
