This is what I asked for vs what I got below, at first she didn’t even use the right colors, she used black and brown when the photo only shows gray and white, then she used colorful gems instead of just plain silver. There’s supposed to be a cross gem on my thumb but she used 9 different gems to make it look like a bow? I was also there for 3 hours!
Don (Quoi) was fantastic!! So patient with me as we worked through four different colors, while I was making up my mind and he did a beautiful job!! This is the best and only nail salon I will go to in Wooster. Love the people that work there, the owners, truly a family owned business who cares about the client!! Thank you!!
Nails and toes looked nice but their system of doing things ended up being over a 3 hour event … not going back.
I cannot recommend Tiffany enough! She did an amazing job on my nails and paid so much attention to every little detail. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. My nails turned out even better than I imagined, and I’ve gotten so many compliments on them already.
