This is my family GP, having gone there since it was the old vets on the same site. I’ve just moved back there from Brookside, who generally could get you seen within a day, but Woosehill has changed significantly. Generally appointments are hard to come by, and in my case as a recent example, when struggling with severe mental health crisis, I had to phone in 4 days in a row, and was advised to come and queue the following day. Trying to get an appointment at this GP clinic is like trying to book a dinner reservation on the moon, technically possible, but not in this lifetime. I’ve been calling for 4 consecutive days (always number 26+ in the queue), and the answer is always: ‘Oh sorry, we’re fully booked. Please call tomorrow at 8 a.m. Would give zero stars if I could, but apparently, that’s “not allowed,” just like appointments
‘Lizzy’ was very rude over the phone, very dismissive and does her absolute best to not help you in anyway. If I was you I’d say clear of this practice. If I could give this place 0 stars I would!
Very difficult to get an appointment. There is one particular older lady who will not help you. She either needs training or is completely inept. Try and stay clear of her as she will be detrimental to your health.
Had a really good experience today, this GP surgery really are trying their absolute hardest! Called in at 8, which was high traffic and hard to connect but that’s completely expected with how much stress the nhs is under. I was called number 22 but got through in under 10 mins waiting time. I was offered an appointment for the same day, which I couldn’t get to on time, so another appointment was offered which I accepted.
