Be wary— you will get scammed here. Disorganized and deceitful. I came in at noon and had to prod around to find someone to talk to. No one acknowledges you, saying hello, etc. I had a list of things to get done so I wrote it all down. Was told to come back in 1-2 hrs so I came back at 2. When I got back I found out they hadn’t started on my car because “they had to eat lunch and hadn’t gotten to it yet.” And when I asked how much longer, the owner just said “a bit longer” and wouldn’t specify. 차 브레이크와 주차할때 핸들링에서 소리가 나서 갔는데 사장님이 너무나 정신없이 동분서주 하는 관계로 2시간이 넘게 차례를 기다려야 했고 첫번째 일하는 친구는 앞뒤 브레이크를 다 갈야 한다고 하였지만 앞쪽은 간지 얼마 되 안았다고 하니 두번째 일하는 친구가 드라이브 테스트결과 뒤쪽 브레이크 패드와 디스크를 교체 해야하고 드라이버 사이드 엑실을 교체해야 한다하여 견적 750불이 나와 고치라 했는데 나중에 돈을 지불하고 나서 차를 운전하려 하니 ABS brake 싸인이 나오고 핸들링에서 똑같은 소리가 나서 얘기하니 다시 올려서 볼트를 조이고 체크를 했는데 원인을 찾지 못해 차를 두고 그다음날 물어보니 Shock mount에서 소리가 난다 하여 mount만 가는게 아니라 shock set로 갈아야 한다고 700불 얘기해서 여지껏 shock에는 문제가 없었고 처음에 진단을 정확하게 파악해서 서로의 시간과 경비를 최소한 해야 하는데 손님이 ATM기계도 아니고 돈나와라 뚝딱도 아니고 고친다 해도 그 소리를 잡을수 있는지 신뢰가 가질 않아 오진을 해... read more
