Service is terrible.
I have been using Woori America Bank's Fullerton branch since 2010. I used to regularly transfer money to my Woori Bank account in Korea. If I transfer money in USD before their cut-off time, my transferred money will arrive on the same day around 6~7 pm. (if Woori Bank is open and it's not a holiday) They had an outstanding team committed to helping customers. I was pleased with their service. Branch and corporate customer service can't figure out why autopay or a Zelle payee can't be set up on my checking account. Branch employees advise to call corporate but when I call corporate, CSRs advise to visit local branch. Sometimes Woori mobile app doesn't show posted transactions and other times the app displays coding errors. Also, when attempting to withdraw cash at their ATM – 7 times out of 10 –the machine is either out of cash or errors out without an explanation.
