소액만 거래하는 손님인데도 방문할 때 마다 친절하게 응대해 주시는 직원분들 덕분에 기분이 좋아집니다. 예전은 어땠는지 모르겠지만 요즘은 확실히 달라진 것 같네요 ^^
아틀란타에 있는 한인 은행 중에서 가장 깨끗하고 친절한 것 같습니다. 큰 은행이다 보니까 시스템이 잘 돼 있고 모든 직원들이 너무 친절하고 특히 지점장님과 대리님이 정말로 잘 도와 주셨습니다. 많은 분들에게 추천하고 싶은 은행 입니다.
I normally do not like leaving reviews, but I am sharing this feedback in the hope that it will help the bank improve its customer service and overall customer experience. I have been banking with this institution for approximately 35 years, dating back to my time in New Jersey.
