I had a great experience at WOOPS in Westchester! The spotis clean, organized, and easy to shop in. The staff Amaria was friendly, patient, and really helpful in guiding me through their products. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Great selection, great service, and overall a smooth and enjoyable visit. Definitely recommend checking them out!

This Store is really great!! I come here from time to time when I have a break from my job or visiting the mall. Their Macaroons are great, they have a huge variety of them, but I wpuld greatly recommend the chocolate and raspberry, and the lemon meringue.
It’s difficult to find a great tasting macaron. So many of them full of sugar and color but no flavor. Woops! surprised me. So decadent and delightful. The lemon merengue ACTUALLY tastes like lemon merengue, not some store bought, sugar filled, lemon drop. The refreshing taste of tropical mango and the rich quality of the Nutella delight brilliantly stand out in flavor. I’m no sweets connoisseur but I’m definitely a pastry hound. Thanks Woops! You satisfied this sweet tooth.
