Ordered online to pickup same day Friday 10/31, and was shocked to find the only worker was still chatting away with someone for 20 mins, and when I finally walked up in line, didn't even acknowledge me until probably 10 mins later. Was told she didn't even know there was an online order, so had to call manager, and confirm how to do it. She said she was new.
