This place smells horrible. They’re stinking up the entire city. I can smell the place from inside my work. That’s just how bad it is. How do these guys not get health code violations?

This place is garbage. They pollute the air with the stench of feces. They've allowed partially treated wastewater, yes fecal matter, to leak into the Blackstone River. I should NOT walk out of my home and actually TASTE the stench in the air. AND I live across the street from the hospital so ill people have to smell it as well. They need to do a better job.
