Charlotte and Katelle went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help a very special dog with a very special mission through intense vet phobia and they problem solved with compassion and experience through so many obstacles out of all of our control to help get the best outcome for the beautiful animal and deserving owner and us. I could not be more grateful for the level of patience and effort they showed, but most of all their genuine compassion for our situation and respect for animals and customers. Thank you kindly. I have waited and considered this review for a while now. I am so disgusted and disappointed by my encounters at Woombye vet. Yes, encounters. I went with a pet to be vaccinated and was told the pets coat wasn’t shiny because I didn’t feed it the food they sell. I explained that my child had attempted to bath the new pet and probably hadn’t washed out all the shampoo. They made me feel guilty and like I was a bad pet owner so I went home and bathed him again. I went to a different vet for the next vaccinations and the vet li... read more
