Just wanted to say thank you. At a time that was extremely difficult for our family, losing our dog after 14 years, your nurses professionalism and kindness does not go unnoticed. Must be a very difficult job and the way you go about it is top notch.

I will never go to or recommend Woombye vet with Charlotte. The incident I had with my pet was years ago but never again! I phoned after hours ( around 6-6.30pm) only to be told , " can't you wait until tomorrow?". I said I couldn't and the reply was " you sound like you have more of a problem than the dog. Absolutely disgusting! My dog was bleeding from the mouth. I did take him in and he had a bone stuck in his mouth. ( He must have had his head in the rubbish bin again. Charlotte and Katelle went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help a very special dog with a very special mission through intense vet phobia and they problem solved with compassion and experience through so many obstacles out of all of our control to help get the best outcome for the beautiful animal and deserving owner and us. I could not be more grateful for the level of patience and effort they showed, but most of all their genuine compassion for our situation and respect for animals and customers. Thank you kindly.
