These guys are very competent and knowledgeable, if a tiny bit pricey (but find me a mechanic who is cheap). They identified a mystery problem that was making the vehicle stability control pictures light up in my dashboard. Apparently it’s due to some sensor somewhere needing to be replaced; the mechanic (the bloke’s name slips my mind -this was sometime last year) didn’t think it was a reason to stress and advised me against spending the money to get it replaced, at least at this stage. Highly recommend. Been using Woombye Mechanical for about 4 yrs now. Much more thorough than dealership mechanics.
These guys are absolutely amazing, we take both our cars here and the personal touch is unreal. We will never go back to a dealership ever again. They did little things like changing the key remote battery without even being asked. We knew how much it was going to cost at every point (so much cheaper than dealership prices) and the service is so unbelievable. Love them! 100% recommend!!!
We had a mechanical failure in Brisbane on Sunday evening, car needed to be transported, waited for tilt tray, sent to Woombye Mechanical, not booked in and then got a call around 9am Monday to say all fixed, these guys went in early, ordered parts and fixed before I even imagined they could look at it.
