My husband had an appointment with Dr Lewis yesterday. Booked in for a full check up and a particular problem tooth. Took xray of sore tooth and said yes needs pulling. Then had to ask for full exam to be done which he was like "Yeh I guess we can do full check up". My husband advised particular tooth was extremely sore but continue to be very rough to the point he asked him to stop. Had terrible bedside manner. Nothing was explained very well. I was a client at this dental surgery for the first time. The whole experience was excellent. From arranging the appointment, the friendliness of the staff, the honest advice from the dentist, and the work I had done were all better than I’ve received elsewhere in earlier years. I will be returning here.

This is a great practice. Staff very knowledgable, friendly and experienced. Had my 1st crown and they checked up on me after each appointment which was lovely. Have had no issues so far and if I did, they would fix it I'm sure.
